Fiona Campbell is our Client Relations Manager. When you first get in touch with Caledonian Market Guides, chances are you'll speak with Fiona. Her main job is to make sure you feel welcome and that we understand what you're looking for. She cuts through the noise and gets you pointed in the right direction, quickly and without any fuss.
Originally from Edinburgh, Fiona understands what it means to give straightforward advice. She spent years working in customer service, helping people with their money queries at a busy local bank. That experience taught her how important it is to explain things clearly and simply, especially when it comes to investing your hard-earned cash.
Fiona makes sure our process is as smooth as possible. She's good at listening and finding out exactly what you need. She doesn't use fancy terms or try to rush you. Instead, she'll help figure out if our services are a good fit for you and which of our market guides can best assist with your goals, whether you're new to this or have some experience.
