Payments and Fees
We'll always tell you our fees upfront for any service you sign up for. These prices are clearly listed on our website and in any agreement we send you. You'll pay us in Great British Pounds (£).
We'll send you an invoice, and we expect payment by the date shown on it. If you're late with a payment, we might need to pause our services until it's sorted.
If You Need to Cancel or Get a Refund
We understand that sometimes plans change.
- Mentorship Programmes: If you need to cancel a programme, please tell us as soon as possible. Our refund policy will depend on how much work has already been done and how much notice you give. We'll explain this clearly when you sign up.
- One-off Consultations: If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, we might still charge you for the session.
We'll always try to be fair and work things out.
